- The WRAP® programme is being delivered to patients post discharge by Certified WRAP® Facilitators. It is one session per week, over 8 weeks, and each session is three hours. Participants are encouraged to attend all modules.
- We are also offering WRAP® Plus sessions specifically for supporters (family / friends) which will run concurrently during the 8 week course.
- Following the 8 week course participants are offered 2 sessions of peer support with their fellow WRAP attendees which then feeds into monthly Peer Support
